Modeling hourly/contract employees

In the Expense section of the plan item sidebar, select "New unit-based expense" from the drop-down.

Enter in the hourly rate for the price, and the number of hours worked per month as the units. You can expand the units multivalue to enter different numbers of hours each month.

In the Advanced tab, check "categorize as an Employee Expense" for this expense to be included in the Employee Expenses section in charts and reports.
