You can have new staff hiring automatically generated in your model based on product/revenue amounts. You can do these either on product group totals or from individual products.
For a staffing link based on a group of products/sales: Select "New link" from the Products section in the plan item sidebar to create a staffing link based on sets/groups of products and then select "Employee" as link type.
For a staffing link based on an individual product sales, select Staffing in the links tab.
Next select the employee to hire, and which sales it applies to. For example, you may want to hire Support staff based on "All subscribers" counts vs hiring Onboarding Engineers only for "New subscribers" counts.
Then just configure the hiring criteria. The parameters to set are:
Amount - make a new hire for every x amount of customers, cash, bookings (ACV), revenue, or MRR
Hiring Threshold - make the new hire as soon as you go over the minimum (for example, if you say hire 1 Support for every 50 sales , "Immediately" will add the next hire when you make sale 51 while "full amount reached" will add the next hire when you reach 100 sales).
Months Delay - if there's a delay between needing and hiring the person, for example you want to anticipate it taking a month or two to get the new hire on board.
