Adding / editing Employees

The Basic tab lets you configure the employee record. If you are creating a plan item for each employee in your plan, use 1 for quantity. If you are creating a record for a group of hires (standard practice for future hires), enter an average salary value and use the quantity and growth parameters to model future hiring.

The Links tab lets you generate leads/sales from employees. This lets you model simple headcount-based lead generation.

[Pro] CAC/COGS lets you allocate employee expenses towards CAC and/or COGS.

Loaded cost displayed includes an overhead amount based on the employee overhead factor entered in Employee Settings.
